No Show Policy

The value of this policy is to encourage communication between a patient and our office to best support the schedule, decrease wait times, and provide availability for additional patients waiting to be seen. 

What counts as a “No Show”? 

A “No Show” is defined as not showing for a scheduled appointment at all or canceling an appointment within less than 24 hours of the appointment time. 

Consequence of a “No Show”? 

A fee will be implemented for a “No Show” with the following standards and will be charged to the patient’s card on file at the close of business that day.

New Patient Appointment: $50.00 

Follow Up Patient Appointment: $40.00 

How do I cancel an appointment to avoid a fee?

24 hours before your scheduled appointment:

  • Sign into your account and cancel or reschedule online.

    • Click ‘Sign In or Sign Up’ in the top right corner.

We understand things can come up. Events that lead to a missed appointment or delayed canceling will be reviewed and the fees will be implemented at the discretion of the office staff.
