What to expect on your first visit
After reviewing your history and discussing your specific problem, a thorough orthopedic, neurologic, and chiropractic examination will be performed. X-rays are often needed to help make the proper diagnosis. If spinal X-rays are necessary, they are obtained on-site. Some conditions may require a referral for advanced imaging such as an MRI or CT scan.
Following the history and examination, Dr. Johnson will review your findings with you and determine if you are a good candidate for treatment at Nashville Chiropractic. If treatment is not recommended, he will help find other healthcare options for you. If treatment in our office is recommended, Dr. Johnson will discuss options and begin your treatment as soon as possible.
